Use of pre-nups has doubled in a year

The BBC has reported a claim by Resolution that the use of pre-nuptial agreements has doubled in the past year.

The report was part of a BBC Breakfast investigation and also quotes David Allison, of Family Law In Partnership, as saying that

"There's been a tenfold increase in 'pre-nups'. I'm doing considerably more now than I have ever done before and that experience is mirrored around the rest of the country."
