If your divorce is uncontested (where the other party
does not object to the divorce) we guarantee that
this is all you will pay. In the vast majority of cases,
divorces proceed on an “uncontested” basis.
Our Fixed Cost service can also be used for the dissolution of civil partnerships. You simply follow exactly the same process as those seeking a divorce.
To use our fixed cost service
You simply make a one off payment of £500 using WorldPay, our secure online payment facility (to find out more about WorldPay click here). WorldPay accepts all major credit and debit cards and it’s easy to set up an account. Remember that the figure above covers our services as well as the current court fees of £340.
Once you have made your payment you will be emailed a unique access code which you should use to enter our online questionnaire wizard. It's not a problem if you want to complete the wizard at a later date, simply use your access code at a time that suits you.
When you have completed our 8 step online questionnaire wizard one of our Divorce and Family Law solicitors will then manage and oversee the rest of the process for you.
Remember, this is an online service and your case will be personally overseen by a highly experienced specialist Divorce and Family Law solicitor - not an unqualified legal ‘advisor’.
